Gary has more than 30 years of executive management experience in organizations spanning multiple industries. The last five years, he has been consulting with companies to define business, sourcing, technology and execution strategies. His experience spans strategic sourcing, business transformation, vendor management, program management, and supply chain optimization. He also has deep expertise in technology and tools that enable processes across the enterprise.

His specialties include technology strategy, business case development, sourcing strategy, RFP development, financial modeling, vendor evaluation and selection, performance measurement, process and organizational design, contract negotiations and post award implementation.

Gary’s industry experience the past 20 years has concentrated in wireless and wireline telecommunication, logistics and engineering. Earlier in his career, Gary spent many years developing processes for SAP and Oracle ERP implementations in various manufacturing enterprises.

Gary has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.

Gary is a US Citizen and lives in Northern Virginia.
