Kelly has more than 15 years of finance experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuations, financial analysis and forecasting and process optimization.

Her specialties include financial M&A due diligence, investment deck preparation and presentation, real estate acquisition underwriting and analysis and financial modeling and analysis relating to operational and capital projects.

Kelly has broad industry exposure in: construction, distribution, film and entertainment, manufacturing, real estate (multi-family and self-storage), renewable energy (solar photovoltaics), retail/wholesale, fulfillment and warehousing.

Kelly has both an MBA and BS from The University of Denver.

Kelly is a US Citizen and lives in California.
