Ralitsa is a registered barrister at the Sofia (Bulgaria) Bar Association since 2019 and holds an LL.M. from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria. She is fluent in English and German.

Ralitsa joined RZ Strategies in June 2021, working with a German client’s contracts project. She has in-depth in-house counsel contract review experience and has supported businesses such as IT, construction and transportation companies. As well as in-depth experience in counselling clients on big TCV deals, including review of complex contractual deals and contract management.

Early in her career, Ralitsa gained experience as an operations and project manager.
