Tim has more than 25 years of management experience in the areas of strategic sourcing, business transformation, vendor management, program management, and supply chain optimization.

He has led multiple engagements for Fortune 500 and middle-market companies throughout the US, Europe and the Middle East.

His specialties include build vs. buy analysis, business case development, sourcing strategy, RFP development, cost modeling, pricing structure, vendor evaluation and selection, performance measurement, process and organizational design, and contract negotiations.

Tim’s industry experience has concentrated in Banking & Insurance, Aerospace & Defense, and ravel & Transportation.

Tim has a BS from the University of New Hampshire.

Tim is a US Citizen and lives in Colorado.
