Vashti has more than 15 years of experience leading strategy, operations, business transformation, and complex cross-functional programs across Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed businesses, venture-backed technology firms, and founder-led organizations. Her career has spanned consulting, technology, operations, and executive leadership roles.

Her work focuses on the challenges that sit between functions, where competing priorities, unclear ownership, and stalled decisions can prevent important initiatives from moving forward. She brings structure to complex environments by aligning stakeholders, clarifying priorities, establishing effective governance, and driving execution from strategy through implementation.

Vashti has led enterprise software implementations, transformation programs, operating model redesigns, post-merger integrations, AI initiatives, revenue and business operations programs, and executive-level strategic projects. Her specialties include program leadership, integrated planning, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, risk and issue management, organizational design, process improvement, vendor management, and change enablement.

Vashti holds degrees in East Asian Studies and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
