William was the Global Third-Party Agreement Transition Team Leader and Transition Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) with extensive experience in Outsourcing Transition Management, Contracts Management, Project Management and Client Success.

While at CSC, he created, organized and launched key processes and tools within the company consisting of the Global Agreement Tracking System and Account Spend Audit Procedures for clients such as Sears, Ascension Health, Gulfstream, General Dynamics ATP, Ingalls Shipbuilding, and Raytheon.

He led a global initiative at CSC creating and implementing processes to successfully manage client account auditing procedures and process standardization pertaining to third party spend which drove the identification of cost reductions in both third party spend areas of labor and services.

With RZ Strategies Group, William is now providing strategic management consulting services specializing in the development and implementation of people, process & tool optimization, helping businesses maximize efficiencies, speed, growth and profit.

William is a US Citizen, lives in the Phoenix metro area, and enjoys volunteering as a National Ski Patrol first responder for the Rocky Mountain Division.
